I am a physicist – you have failed to engage with the topic in front of you. Responses like yours show you do not yet treat your learning as YOUR responsibility.
What physics teaches you is the basic workings of physical reality – the very world you live in and which can kill you if you don’t understand it. Intellectually it teaches you how to think clearly. You may think you already think clearly – let someone test you seriously and you will see that what is currently in your head is mere consciousness and not rationality.
Your comments reveal only your lack of knowledge and wisdom.

I am a blogger – you have failed to understand that the scanned image in front of you is not my own, but rather, is something that has been ripped off a forwarded chain mail email.
What blog posts teach you is the basic workings of the blogger’s mind – their very thoughts, feelings, emotions and opinions. Intellectually, it doesn’t really serve a purpose. You may think that you have rightly judged this post, and its author – let me inform you however, that this post does not subtract from the importance of physics and its application to our world. Instead, it has made a comical statement on how physics is not necessarily something for everyone, and is a confession of my unfamiliarity towards it.
Your comments reveal only your ignorance and lack of a sense of humour.

As a blogger I thought you would be able to determine sarcasm. I did not write the post above but any idiot could tell you were being humorous, I think you jumped the gun a bit and showed weakness with your response, clearly you have nothing to prove so why bother. Just laugh at his poor attempt at humour, your’s was funny btw 🙂

Tommy, Carl is not joking, or being sarcastic.
I know of him and have heard his opinions on this issue before.
But yeah, lol, I thought my response was awesome 😛

I am a physicist i find this hilarious …….. Grow up its a joke and a good one. Might i also add that the chances of someone being killed for not knowing how to solve a potential energy question are as remote death by being sat on by the pictured 3.5m tall elephant.
