This morning I got an SMS from a good friend which said:
“I have some exciting news! I got in to Mac! Yay! Just thought I’d share hehe”
So I replied expressing my joy and pride that my friend had finally been enlightened towards the Apple Mac way and has managed to love and appreciate Macintosh technology with me and the rest of the minority:
“OMG! That’s amazing news!! You have no idea how much you’ve just made my day!! Are you going to get one? We can have Mac parties & everything!
LOL What was it that turned you from evil?”
This was the return message I received:
“What do you mean? You do know that I’m talking about Mac uni? Hehe”
*heart sinks*
I have never felt like such an idiot. I expressed my joy at the actual news and apologised for my noobiness. At least it made her laugh I guess. Congrats Kate, for getting accepted into Macquarie University
In other news, I got a haircut today. My head’s cold.
